EH Premier, established in 1997, is a leading diversified enterprise offering comprehensive business solutions. Our services include financial and funding support, company secretarial, registration, tax accounting, license applications, listing assistance, new media, legal consulting, and Greater Bay Area business incubation.
After the 2008 financial crisis, EH Premier expanded to provide funding solutions, helping businesses overcome financial challenges. Over the past 25 years, we’ve received numerous awards from major Hong Kong banks. In 2016, we launched our new media division and, in 2017, expanded into the Greater Bay Area with business incubation services.
By 2019, our incubation center had grown to 200,000 square feet. In 2021, we integrated legal services, further diversifying our offerings. In 2022, we acquired a new media business to strengthen our presence in e-commerce and media. In 2023, we established the Shenzhen International Trade Innovation Base, enhancing collaboration across the Hong Kong-Guangdong-Hong Kong region.
In 2024, we launched the Hong Kong Selection Program, providing Hong Kong businesses with tailored solutions to enter the Mainland China market.
